Members receive a variety of privileges depending on their subscription plan. These benefits may include monthly vouchers (for event live streams, game recordings, highlights, and real-time game status), venue recording access, and additional discounts.

      • Redemption vouchers are digital credits included in your subscription plan. Each voucher can be used to unlock premium content such as event live streams and replays, highlight clips, and game data.
      • Once redeemed, the unlocked content remains available as long as your membership is active.
      • If your membership expires or is canceled, previously unlocked content will become inaccessible until you reactivate your membership.
      • Vouchers also have an expiration date. Please redeem them within the valid period.
        You receive a set number of vouchers each month based on your membership plan. If you need more vouchers, you may upgrade your membership here: https://clutchvision.ai/pricing
        After upgrading:
        • Your previous subscription will stop immediately.
        • Unused vouchers and their expiration dates will be preserved.
        • New membership benefits and vouchers will be activated immediately.
        • The renewal date will be recalculated based on the upgraded membership plan.
          You may upgrade your membership at any time from your Account Center.
          If redeemed content is not showing, possible reasons include:
            1. Post-game processing time
              Newly completed games may require time to generate statistics and upload recordings. This process may take up to 48 hours.
              If content is still unavailable after 48 hours, please contact: clutchvision@support.com
            2. Venue or rights limitations
              Some events may not be available due to venue network conditions, licensing restrictions, or other operational factors.
            3. Expired membership
              If your membership has expired, redeemed content will no longer be accessible.
              You may reactivate your membership at any time to regain access.
            • “Free” means ClutchVision has made the content accessible without requiring a voucher for a limited time.
            • During this period, you may watch live streams, replays, or highlights directly.
              You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, or cancel auto-renewal at any time through Subscription Management in your account.

                If you subscribed through the ClutchVision Android App, subscription management and cancellation are handled directly through Google Play Store.
